Williamsburg, Part 2

The next set of pictures are actually about 2.5 hours north of Williamsburg in Luray, VA. We wanted a change of pace from being outside in the hot sun, so went to Luray Caverns!

This was in the first part of the cave. I thought all the strollers were funny.

This is an underground lake. The bottom you see is actually a reflection of the ceiling. It was pretty cool how calm the water was!

This was a weird formation that had a few names. One was the Shaggy Dog and another was an elephant facing away from you.

It's sorta hard to make out at first, but this is a picture of a broken "pillar".

I think they called this Pluto's Ghost. I'm not sure where they got Pluto from, but the ghost part is pretty obvious.

This was above the caverns. That tower is on the spot where they first found the caverns I believe.

This wasn't taken at the caverns. It was actually taken in Jamestown, VA. Go figure it's the birthplace of the USA and all we take a picture of is a bird hehe. It's a cool bird, though!
